A short while ago, I found my love hearts banner had disappeared from my Etsy shop so I decided to make a completely different one, which you see above. Months ago, I did actually inform Swizzels that I was using the sweeties in my design but they did not bother to contact me about it, although they did add something about trademarks on one of their websites.
